Account Types

At Aizling, there are two kinds of Professional accounts: Registrants, and Employees.

  • Registrants are Registered Users. You become a Registered User by completing the online registration, confirming your email addresses, and accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Registered users may participate in the Community Forums, configure their profile information, and complete the Employment Application.
  • Employees are hired employees of Aizling. However, Aizling is very unique; as an employee, you are never obligated to work a single hour. If you do, you will receive a standard paycheck (we also offer direct deposit) for all hours that you work through the system. A Registrant becomes an employee by completing the Employment Application online, sends the Employment Packet to Aizling, and is hired by the company.

At-will Employment

All Aizling employees, regardless of the number of hours worked per week, are considered “At-Will” employees. An At-will employment is an employment relationship in which either party can terminate the relationship at-will with no liability if there was no express contract for a definite term governing the employment relationship. At Aizling, all At-Will employees have W-2 status.

What does that mean? With W-2 employees, the employer automatically withholds and pays all of the necessary employee income taxes as required by the IRS. These taxes include: Federal Income Tax, and FICA (Social Security and Medicare). In addition, the employer will pay all of the necessary employer taxes. These taxes include: FICA, FUTA (Federal Unemployment Tax), and SUI (State Unemployment Tax).

Advantages of W-2 status: Working as an employee (contract or permanent, direct) also has advantages. Taxes are taken out of each paycheck, and the employer (for a contractor or employer) pays their employers half of the social security tax.
