For your convenience, Aizling offers our employees a weekly payroll with a direct deposit option.
Empowerment
Aizling returns value to our Professionals through empowerment. Professionals are given control over shift and facility preferences as well as control over their desired pay rate. Professionals set a series of discrete shift preferences stating pay rate, travel distance, facility type, shift duration, time and day of the week. If a provider posts a shift that meets the Professional’s preferences and is at a rate that is equal to or greater than the Professional’s minimum pay rate, we will notify and invite the Professional to accept the shift.
