What is Aizling?

Aizling is a new online service that revolutionizes the way medical professionals like you are matched to health care consumers and providers.

What makes Aizling different than traditional staffing agencies?

Aizling not only allows our medical professional to decide when, where and how often they wish to work, but we take it a step further. We allow our medical professionals to decide how much they are willing to work for. That’s right you decide how much you will work for and what your shift preference will be. That way you will finally be paid for what your time is truly worth.

Aizling will introduce a rating system into the medical industry. All of Aizlings medical professionals will receive a rating based on professionalism and timeliness.

Why should I work for Aizling?

The real question is why you would want to work for anyone else. Aizling offers the entire continuum of professional services that you would expect from a traditional staffing company. You decide when, where and for how much you are willing to work. Be sure to take advantage of our benefit programs, which includes health insurance, 401(k), payroll debit cards and direct deposit.

What is the rating system?

We at Aizling believe the most qualified Professionals in an industry should be acknowledged and rewarded for the high standards they set for themselves. It is in this spirit of excellence that Aizling has developed a rating system to measure our medical professionals based on Reliability and Professionalism. Your Reliability score will be objectively measured based on your punctuality and timeliness in working your shifts. We will rigorously examine your timesheets as the sole arbiter of your Reliability score. Your Professionalism will also be measured. After each shift our Professionals work our clients are required to rate you based on a few carefully chosen questions (click here to view questions). Your final composite score will be attached to your employee profile.
