What is Aizling?

Aizling is a service company that provides a web-based application to match rated Professionals with health care Providers. The Company services all segments of the health care industry.

How is Aizling Different from my current staffing agency?

There are three main features that separate Aizling from traditional staffing agencies.
  1. A transparent rating system that produces higher quality professionals and protects Total Quality Management.
    Providers are able to have a detailed look at our Professionals prior to placement.
  2. Aizling costs less because customers set price limits and benefit from razor thin margins.
  3. Our online application is more efficient and easier to use than traditional staffing agencies.

How does the Aizling rating system work?

Our professionals are routinely rated on both reliability and professionalism. The credibility of our rating will be driven from the frequent and mandatory scoring of professionals. Reliability scores are entirely objective, and are driven by Aizling’s online time and attendance system, which compares actual to expected attendance. Professionalism scores are determined by questionnaires that customers complete after a professional works at their facility. These ratings are transparent and on display for our customers to view. Aizling’s rating system produces a higher quality of professionals.

How much does your service cost / What are your rates?

Our customers set their own price limits and benefit from our razor thin margins. Opening and maintaining an account at Aizling is free. There are no setup, maintenance, nor hidden fees. Our non-traditional business model keeps our costs low. As a result, our operating costs are less than the industry average. Customers set the bill rate and are only charged after an Aizling Professional works a shift for them. Aizling’s lower markups and our customers’ ability to set prices, delivers our rated professionals at fair market value.

What are Aizling’s hidden fees?

There are none.

Can I search through Aizling’s registry of professionals?

Aizling’s web service provides a search function to view our registry of professionals. This allows customers to view all professionals in our registry. Customers can narrow their search by specifying desired skill sets and locations of nurses.

Can I cancel a booked shift?

Cancelling booked shifts will incur a penalty fee of 1/2 the shift cost, if cancelled within your grace period (2 to 8 hours according to your contract). Cancelling booked shifts beyond your grace period incurs no penalty whatsoever.

Do you offer payment terms?

Standard terms of payment is thirty days from invoice

What forms of payment do you offer?

At this time, we accept payment by Check only.

How do you invoice?

Invoices are mailed out on a weekly basis. In addition, all invoices are available to view at our website under the “My Billing” tab.

What is Aizling's hiring criteria?

One year experience minimum in your licensed field. Licensure from accredited institution.
