Aizling’s web-service will act as a nexus that provides a highly accurate matching service for health care Providers and rated Professionals. Providers set parameters for skill set, minimum ratings, and price. Professionals configure a profile of skills and licenses, and may set a series of discrete shift preferences stating pay rate, travel distance, facility type, shift duration, and time and day of week. The system then matches the provider’s posted needs to the professional’s posted preferences. This application is efficient and easy to use.
