Ratings

Have you ever been in a situation where you have been working at a facility next to other nurses who you feel are not working to the same high standards you set for yourself? Are you recognized for that high level of professionalism? We at Aizling believe that you should not only be recognized for your hard work, but also be rewarded for it. Aizling’s rating system was developed in such a way as to highlight the pride and devotion our medical professionals take in their profession.

Aizling’s rating system is what sets us apart from the competition. Our professionals are routinely rated on both reliability and professionalism. The credibility of our ratings will be driven from the frequent and mandatory scoring of professionals. Reliability scores are entirely objective, and are driven by Aizling’s online time and attendance system, which compares actual to expected attendance. Professionalism scores are determined by questionnaires that customers complete after a professional works at their facility. These ratings are transparent and on display for our customers to view. As a result, our customers tell us that Aizling’s rating process produces a higher quality of professionals.

Ratings Ratings Ratings

The higher your rating the better your chances are to obtain the shifts you want at the rate you want to be paid at. (Note: Your rating score will not be shown until after you have rated on your first ten shifts).

For example: Nurse X and Nurse Y both submitted a bid to work the same shift for facility Z. Both nurse have the exact same qualifications and skill set that facility Z is looking for. The only distinction between the two is Nurse X has a higher Reliability/Professionalism Rating then Nurse Y. If you where facility Z who would you invite to work that shift?
